Our harvest festival, or known to the locals as Tadau Kaamatan is just around the corner!
To those who don't know what celebration I am talking about, it is the Kadazan/Dusun community giving thanks to the Semangat (Rice Spirit) after harvesting the paddy.The limelight in this auspicious celebration is the 'Unduk Ngadau' (Harvest Beauty Queen) event where the crowning usually falls on the 31st May.

silakak ko Ben, terpaksa sia cari kamus or sms my dad tomolo *scratch head*... Aku sakap Tatana bah, okon ko dusun! Tapi ada sama sikit2... Too bad, my kadazan is very limited!!! :( I think I understand chinese better! wakakaka!!! Mangkali kuat bah darah my aki Wong Loong...
She's very pretty and the photos are nicely taken :) BTW, did she ever participate in any story telling contests in Penampang Library b4? The name sounds familiar ...
